Cheesy Grissini
Crispy bread sticks


One of the easiest, quickest recipes ever: warm, crisp, cheesy bread sticks and you can even make them spicy and on top of that, as spicy as you wish! The quantities are entirely up to you!



Place the grissini on a baking sheet and brush with a little olive oil. Sprinkle thickly with cheese then sprinkle over the herbs and chilli flakes to taste, if using.

Bake in a hot oven for a few minutes until the cheese has melted.

Allow to cool a little before serving.

Chef's hint:

These are perfect for serving with drinks or soup. If you want to add even more oomph and body, wrap each stick in ham shavings or even Parma ham before baking them!
