Smoked Mussel & Avocado Salad


  • 1 pack mixed lettuce leaves
  • sliced onion to taste
  • English cucumber, sliced thinly
  • 2 3 ripe tomatoes, sliced or cubed
  • 2 3 avocados, sliced or diced
  • 2 3 cans smoked mussels, drained
  • salt, freshly-milled black pepper
  • lemon juice and lemon-infused olive oil


Arrange the lettuce on a large platter. Top with onion, cucumber, tomatoes, avocados and mussels. Chill well before serving. Season and sprinkle to taste with lemon juice and oil just before serving.
