Bow Ties with Preserved Figs

Ingredients


  • 65 ml preserved ginger pieces, finely chopped
  • 250 ml stiffly beaten cream
  • 2 bought bow ties
  • 1 preserved fig, sliced in thin wedges



Method


Fold the ginger pieces into the cream. Arrange the bow ties on two serving plates, top with the cream and garnish with the fig slices.
