Granadilla Smoothie


  • 250 ml granadilla yoghurt
  • 250 ml plain yoghurt
  • 50 ml caramel condensed milk
  • 3 cans or cups (115 g each) Rhodes Granadilla Pulp (reserve 1 to garnish)
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 3 ice cubes

Chef's hint: Add 1 can Rhodes Pear Halves in Syrup to the rest of the ingredients. Reduce sweetness by replacing the granadilla yoghurt with plain yoghurt.


Place all the ingredients in a large jug and blend with a hand blender or food processor until smooth and well mixed. Pour into glasses and spoon the extra can of granadilla pulp on top.
