Pineapple and Granadilla Cooler
Ingredients
1 can Rhodes Pineapple crush
1 cup Rhodes Granadilla pulp
2 cups orange juice, freshly squeezed
2 cups Sprite or Lemonade
3 cups ice
Fresh mint leaves
Method
Use a hand held blender to whizz the pineapple crush with its juice. Add to this the granadilla pulp and the orange juice and stir to mix. (You may pass this part of the juice through a sieve if you prefer a smooth juice.) Add the sprite or lemonade.
Pour over the ice and serve well chilled, with a sprig of mint.
