With our abundance of summer fruit, we like to find loads of reasons to enjoy Mother Nature’s delicious treats in any shape, size or form! This smoothie ticks all the boxes: refreshing, nutritious and delicious!

Blueberry & Yoghurt Smoothie

Ingredients


  • 3 - 4 ice cubes
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 6 - 8 mint leaves
  • 250 ml plain low-fat yoghurt
  • 20 ml castor sugar
  • 125 ml clear fruit juice of your choice



Chef's hint: You can use any berries in season, or a combination of your favourite berries!

Method


Place all the ingredients in a smoothie maker or blender, and blend until the berries and ice have been blended to a smooth consistency.

Pour into glasses and enjoy.

Yields about 800 ml
