It’s a shame to serve rubbery scrambled eggs. Here is a simple and effective way to have creamy, soft scrambled eggs. Watch the video to see how easy it is.

Creamy Scrambled Eggs


  • 15 ml butter
  • 15 ml milk or cream
  • 6 extra-large Nulaid eggs (do not beat)
  • salt and pepper

Hint: The secret to creamy eggs is the low heat. If you want your eggs soft and creamy, you’ve got to have patience. This can take up to ten minutes. And if you want to add cheese and/or herbs, do so at the end of the cooking time.


Heat the butter and milk or cream and add the Nulaid eggs. With a wooden spoon, start to stir over very low heat until the eggs are cooked yet still creamy.
